These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the OraGem Studio website and any purchase made through it. OraGem Studio is operated by NANYANG INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or correct an order where permitted by law, including where payment cannot be authorized, pricing or product information contains an error, an item is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraud. We will notify you using the contact details supplied at checkout where practical.

MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY

Our products are made to order unless a product page says otherwise. Product pages state the applicable processing time. Natural gemstones have individual characteristics and will not be identical in color, inclusions, texture, or pattern. These characteristics are described in our Return and Refund Policy and do not constitute a defect by themselves.

PRICING, DELIVERY, AND IMPORTS

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties, and import charges are handled as stated at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The OraGem Studio name, logos, website design, product images, text, video, and other content are owned by OraGem Studio or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not interfere with website security or operation, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, misuse another person's data, or use automated tools to extract website content without written permission.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties other than those expressly stated by us or required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
