ORAGEM STUDIO - SHIPPING, PROCESSING, AND DUTIES POLICY

PROCESSING BEFORE DISPATCH

OraGem Studio creates jewelry to order. Each product page states its applicable preparation time:

- 3-5 business days: natural crystal bracelets, simple beaded jewelry, and designs assembled from available materials.
- 3-7 business days: standard natural gemstone jewelry made with available stones and existing mounts, including simple S925 sterling-silver designs.
- 12-14 business days: S925 sterling-silver rings and pendants requiring a custom mount, casting or mold work, hand-setting, resizing, engraving, or special material preparation.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Available shipping services and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, local inspections, severe weather, public holidays, and carrier disruptions may cause delays outside our control.

TRACKING AND ADDRESS ACCURACY

When your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout where tracking is available for the selected shipping service. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us at nanyang1979g@gmail.com within 1 hour of purchase if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after preparation or shipment has begun.

DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS

Import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, and carrier import fees vary by destination and shipping service.

If the checkout page or selected shipping method expressly states that duties and taxes are included or that the shipment is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), the applicable import charges are included in the order total or collected at checkout. Customers will not be asked to pay again for import charges already collected for that shipment.

If checkout does not expressly state that duties and taxes are included or that the shipment is DDP, destination-country duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, and related carrier fees may be payable by the recipient. Any tax or duty collected by a marketplace, payment provider, or government authority is governed by that party's rules and the applicable law.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION AND DELAYS

Customers must provide accurate information reasonably required for delivery or customs clearance. Customs authorities and carriers may request additional information. OraGem Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs review, missing recipient information, or events outside our reasonable control.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

For made-to-order jewelry that has entered production or been dispatched, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required customs information, or refusal to pay destination charges where applicable does not create a right to cancel or receive a change-of-mind refund. Additional carrier or return costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery may be deducted from any refund required by applicable law. This does not affect mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
